» We will ensure all Engineering students in member universities fair access to the networks, regardless of their origin, and strive to make it possible for those coming from the less privileged countries to participate in all activities.

» We will expect every member to be able to frame his/her work within the broader overall purpose of the organization.

» We will create a framework suitable for personal development, where competition is to remain healthy and constructive.

» We will promote our members' active involvement, putting their creativity, knowledge and personal initiative to full use, favoring teamwork at local and global level, and giving due credit to every contribution.

» Through participation in our activities, members should have ample opportunity for widening their personal experiences abroad, establishing friendships, and having fun and pleasure in what they do.
